Christine Guérin

About me

I have been a lawyer since January 1, 2000.
First registered at the Bar of Marseille then at the Bar of Aix-en-Provence
I defend the idea that law and mediation provide two very different perspectives of the world and of the way conflicts can be resolved. Both are true.
Mediation is of significant importance: it can provide a solution worked out by the parties themselves and not imposed by a third party (the judge). This is why mediation is a wise and lasting solution for conflicts.
When possible, mediation represents for me the ideal method for conflict resolution, and I can guide you on this path with professionalism and kindness.
