About me
After a master's degree in business law, I became a lawyer in 2009. I have been a partner in the business law firm LEX PHOCEA since 2018. I handle cases of social legislation and commercial litigation.
In my judicial practice, I am therefore regularly confronted with long legal proceedings and the overload of work of magistrates which often results in dehumanized justice. Adding legal uncertainty, I realize how crucial developing alternative dispute resolution is.
The 21st century encourages us to change how we intervene in conflicts, whatever their subject.
For that reason, I decided to learn Mediation and I am now a member of the National Lawyers Mediation Council.
The way of approaching conflicts can be as destructive as the conflicts themselves. The way we handle a conflict can trigger violence or, on the contrary, it can be a fantastic lever of creativity, and both collective and individual maturity. This is why I chose to practice mediation as a way to transform a conflict in an opportunity.
