About me
After studying archeology at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University, I wanted to complete my education with law studies in order to bring a double expertise to issues related to preventive archeology.
However, the discovery of business law, and in particular contract law covering all aspects of the life of a company from birth to death, opened up new horizons for me. Because in fact, curiosity has always been my driving force and I have always been passionate about the transversality of knowledge and its implications.
I wanted to improve my training by joining the Business Law Center of the Faculty of Law of Montpellier. To be enrolled, I had to pass the entrance exam of the Professional Training Center for Lawyers.
I passed it, however without considering the profession of lawyer as an end in itself but as an additional skill.
Because of my personal history and my personality, I do not approach my profession from the angle of conflict and rupture, because I try as much as possible to favor amicable settlements as well as outcomes taking into account the whole group involved. This is the only effective solution in my opinion.
Therefore, I naturally opted for a training in mediation, and found there an answer to the issue of positive settlement of a conflict, as well as a meaning for my intervention.
